This Refund Policy governs payments made for memberships, registrations, trainings, programmes, certifications, events, and other services provided through the Teachers Protection and Professionalism Alliance (TPPA).

TPPA is a professional initiative and programme of Teachers Professional Network (TPN).

By making payments through our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.



1. General Policy

All payments made to TPPA are considered final except in situations expressly covered under this Refund Policy.
Refund requests shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved only where valid grounds exist.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Duplicate or multiple payments for the same service
Incorrect payment amount caused by verified system error
Failed transactions where payment was deducted but service was not processed
Cancellation of a programme or event by TPPA
Other exceptional situations approved by management

3. Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are generally non-refundable:
Membership registration fees
Application processing fees
Completed training or programme fees
Certification processing fees
Administrative charges
Payments for services already delivered or accessed

Refunds shall not be granted based on:

change of mind,
failure to attend a programme,
personal scheduling conflicts,
dissatisfaction unrelated to service failure,
or violation of organizational policies.

4. Refund Request Process

All refund requests must be submitted formally through the organization’s official communication channels.
Requests should include:
full name,
  • payment evidence or receipt,
  • transaction reference,
  • reason for the refund request,
  • and any supporting information where necessary.


  • 5. Review and Processing Period

    Approved refund requests may take a reasonable processing period depending on the payment provider, banking institution, and administrative review procedures.
    TPPA and TPN shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or payment processors.

    6. Right to Decline Refund Requests

    TPPA reserves the right to deny refund requests where: policy conditions are not met,
    false or misleading information is provided,
    services have already been substantially delivered,
    or abuse of the refund process is suspected.

    7. Policy Updates

    TPPA reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on the official platform.
